Necessary conditions for the e-Service to work properly:
- Proof:
- diploma
- diploma supplement
- proof of authorization - confirmation from the competent authority on which jobs the person is authorized to perform in his country
- confirmation that he has not been banned from performing work
- proof of passing a professional exam (if there is one in the country the applicant comes from) or confirmation from the competent authority that there is no professional exam
- proof of citizenship.
- PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure requires the user's PIN (OIB).
