4. Submitting an initial application for admission to public tertiary education institution
Description: The procedure consists of submitting an application for admission to public tertiary education institution and any supporting evidence required in digital format. Users can submit applications directly to public tertiary education institutions that participate in the central application of graduate study programs via the National information system of applications for graduate study programs (www.studij.hr/lista-visokih-ucilista). A user should receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt as a confirmation that the application has been correctly submitted.

- proof of qualification level of tertiary education diploma/certificate/degree and its courses

- proof of tertiary education diploma supplement (EU DS template)
- proof of change of family name
- proof of vocational education/training certificate that entitles admission to tertiary education.
