16. a) Notification of business activity

Description: Under this procedure, competent authorities are required to accept notifications, including declarations such as of posting of workers, from businesses, i.e. legal entities and self-employed - already registered in relevant register to pursue their activity in another Member State or in a different region of a Member State where their business has been registered, as well as professionals seeking to provide activities of regulated professions in another Member State. User should receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of the notification or a declaration.
