Proof: 
- diploma
- diploma supplement
- proof of authorization - a certificate from the competent authority stating which professional activities the person is authorized to perform in their home country
- certificate stating that no prohibition from performing professional activities has been imposed
- proof of passing the professional exam (if such an exam exists in the applicant’s country of origin) or a certificate from the competent authority stating that such an exam does not exist
- proof of citizenship.
