Necessary conditions for the e-Service to work properly:
- Proof:
- driver's license
- proof of completed studies (at least undergraduate university studies or undergraduate professional studies lasting three years in traffic studies (road or city)
- high school diploma of any profession
- proof of education for the profession of car mechanic or auto electrician
- vehicle ownership.
- PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure requires the user's PIN (OIB).
