START Plus

Description: The service enables the submission of applications for the issuance of certain permits required for conducting activities in the following areas: climate change and ozone layer protection, air protection, international road transport, domestic road transport, and real estate transactions. Additionally, the service allows for the download of issued permits in electronic form.

  • proof of tertiary education diploma supplement (EU DS template)
  • certificate of passing the professional competence exam for transport manager
  • certificate of employment/work experience
  • certificate of passing the professional exam for persons handling controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
  • proof of change of family name
  • residence and work permit
  • driver's license
• PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure requires the user's PIN (OIB).
