15. Requesting information on the data related to pension from compulsory schemes
Description: Users that are concerned are employed, self-employed persons and other persons holding entitlement to the pension or pre-retirement benefits, whether the user has worked in one Member State or in more than one.
Competent authorities: Croatian Pension Insurance Institute and Central Register of the Insured Persons (REGOS).

When is the SDG service used?
This SDG service is used when an EU/EEA citizen holding an OIB wishes to obtain information earned salaries data and years of service that are relevant for exercising the right to a pension, such as:
Example:
A German citizen who held employment in Croatia for several years, now residing in Germany requsts information on his/her earned salary and length of service relevant for exercising his/her right to a Croatian pension. Through the SDG service "Request information on data related to pension from mandatory funds", he/she can electronically request this information from HZMO and REGOS, so that he/she obtains a certificate of seniority and salary, as well as a notification of earned other income.
To do this, he/she needs to log in to the e-Citizens portal using his/her eIDAS credentials from Germany. He/she will then find the e-services of HZMO and REGOS and fill in the online information request forms. The Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) will provide him with information on his years of service and salary, as well as other income earned in Croatia, while REGOS will provide:

- PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure requires the user's PIN (OIB).

When is the SDG service used?
This SDG service is used when an EU/EEA citizen holding an OIB wishes to obtain information earned salaries data and years of service that are relevant for exercising the right to a pension, such as:
- data on years of service and salary
- notification of earned other income
- data on paid contributions
- information on future pension.

Through the SDG service "Request information on data related to pension from mandatory funds", he/she can electronically request this information from HZMO and REGOS, so that he/she obtains a certificate of seniority and salary, as well as a notification of earned other income.
