20. Notification to the social security schemes of the end of contract with an employee, excluding procedures for the collective termination of employee contracts
Description: Under this procedure, competent authorities are required to accept notifications made by employers of the end of contract with employees and other relevant evidence in digital form. Users (employers) have to receive a confirmation of the receipt of the notification also in an electronic way.
Competent authority: Croatian Pension Insurance Institute.

When is the SDG service used?
This SDG service is used when an employer, an EU/EEA citizen holding an OIB, wishes to receive a digital confirmation that the employee/insured person's mandatory pension insurance has ceased.
Example:
An Austrian citizen, registered as an employer in the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) system through the SDG procedure "Notification of social security funds on termination of employee contracts, excluding procedures for collective termination of employee contracts" is recognized by the system as a cross-border user and submited a Notification of Termination of Insurance (eM-2P) in PDF format for the employee/insured.
Competent authority: Croatian Pension Insurance Institute.
Necessary conditions for the e-Service to work properly:
- Proof: none.
- PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure requires the user's PIN (OIB).
