- Proof of authorization - confirmation from the competent authority on which jobs the person is authorized to perform in his country
- Confirmation that he has not been banned from performing work
- Proof of passing a professional exam (if there is one in the country the applicant comes from) or confirmation from the competent authority that there is no professional exam
- Proof of citizenship.
