Proof of existence of a legal person

Competent body: Ministry of justice, public administration and digital transformation.

Attributes:

• legal name of evidence subject (legal person)
• confirmation of existence of the evidence subject (legal person)
• confirmation of legal capacity of the evidence subject (legal person)
• for every majority shareholder (natural person):
  • family name
  • given name
  • date of birth
  • place of birth 
• for every majority shareholder (legal person):
  • legal name
  • confirmation of existence
  • confirmation that the company headquarters is in EU/EEA/SUI 
• for every representative of the legal person the following information:
  • family name
  • given name
  • date of birth
  • place of birth.

SDG procedures in which the evidence is used:

• currently there is no e-Service in Croatia that uses this evidence.
