Competent body: An institution in the higher education system.

Attributes:

• information about the the person (evidence subject) who has completed/is attending tertiary education studies:
  • given name, family name
• information about the detailed record (transcript) of the person's completed/underway tertiary education studies:
  • name of study programme that the person is pursuing/has completed
  • name of of tertiary education institution to which the person is pursuing/has completed the study programme
  • for each course (unit) attended as part of the referenced study programme:
    • name of course
    • grade obtained
    • ECTS credits obtained
    • dates of attendance (start/end date).
