Proof of missing parent

Competent body: Ministry of Interior.

Attributes:

• Information about the evidence subject:
  • given name, family name, has parent
• Information about the missing parent:
  • given name, family name, date of birth, place of birth, sex, citizenship, domicile address, any other registered residence address
• Information about the missing parent's physical appearance including:
  • height, hair, eye colour, nose, ears, face, development, special features (scars, tattoos, etc.),
• Information about the parent's disappearance:
  • date of disappearance, place of disappearance, circumstances of disappearance, name of police department to which the disappearance is registered.
