Competent authorities: Ministry of the Interior and Civil Protection Directorate.

Necessary conditions for the e-Service to work properly:

• Proof: 
  • high school diploma
  • graduate university study or integrated undergraduate and graduate university study
  • diploma of technical studies, postgraduate and/or specialist study in the field of fire engineering and/or fire protection in buildings with at least 60 ECTS credits
  • proof of license to perform the service
  • proof of absence of criminal record.
• PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure does not require the user's PIN (OIB).
