Description: This procedure consists of submitting a request for a duplicate of a birth certificate in a digital format. Where national law requires that such a birth certificate has to be issued on paper, a user should receive the duplicate of a birth certificate in both forms: paper form (sent by post) and in a digital form.
Competent authority: Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation.
Necessary conditions for the e-Service to work properly:
- Proof: none.
- PIN (Croatian, Osobni identifikacijski broj - OIB): procedure requires the user's PIN (OIB).
